Useful Travel Info for Ibiza

The following charts show average temperatures including night time.
What kind of Wetsuit will I need?
As you can see from the temperature graphs above, the Mediterranean around the coasts of Ibiza is warm throughout the Summer and Autumn.
The following should be taken as a guide - this will vary according to personal preference:
- In April, May and November a 3 or 5 mm full wetsuit with long arms and legs is advisable.
- From June to October a shorty is fine.
- In the Winter months between December and March, a 5 mm full wetsuit with hood, booties and gloves is needed.
We have a full range of wetsuits and boots at the station.
What kind of clothes should I pack?
In the high Summer months of June, July, August and September, light cotton trousers, shorts and t-shirts are the perfect for enjoying the balmy Mediterranean climate. In April, May and October you are advised to bring a jumper and light jacket. In the winter months, pack a warm jacket and jeans.
Do I need any special vaccines or jabs?
No.
Can I drink Tap Water?
We recommend that you use bottled water for cooking and drinking. The tap water in Ibiza is purified, but tastes very salty. It is fine for brushing teeth, however many still prefer to do this with bottled water because of the taste.
Do you need Accommodation?
We recommend the Hostal Florencio in the centre of San Antonio, which offers the best value for money, or the Hotel Blau Park for a more exclusive offer.
